General Provisions

i89 icd is an online betting and gaming platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between i89 icd and each person who uses this platform ("User"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update means the user has agreed to the revised Terms. It is therefore recommended that users check this page regularly.

All transactions, claims and disputes relating to i89 icd will be handled in accordance with these Terms. In the event of any dispute, the decision of i89 icd will be considered final; however, all complaints will be reviewed properly to ensure fairness.

Account Registration

To use services on i89 icd, each user must create a personal account. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. i89 icd reserves the right to close any account created with false or incomplete information at any time.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any applicable balance may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, the support team must be informed in advance.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

i89 icd may request identity documents and supporting paperwork for account verification. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how the information you provide is collected and used.

Eligibility and Age Limit

All services on i89 icd are for persons aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. If there is any doubt about a user's age, i89 icd may request supporting documents for verification.

Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, the i89 icd support team must be notified immediately.

The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. i89 icd will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to an account, unless it is proven that the access occurred due to a security failure on i89 icd's own part.

Use a strong password — one made up of a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters is the most secure. It is recommended that users change their password regularly.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on i89 icd can be made using four mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be temporarily held.

5.2 Payment Method Terms

Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same payment method — that is, withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit. The payment method must be registered in the account holder's own name; transactions through third parties are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

New members on i89 icd receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

6.1 Bonus Example

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, a total of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

Another example: depositing ৳30,200 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳45,200. To withdraw the bonus, a total of ৳15,000 × 10 = ৳1,50,000 in bets must be completed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Accepting a bonus is the user's own choice; it is possible to decline the bonus and withdraw the deposit directly.
• Minimum odds may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• i89 icd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected on a member's account.
• VIP cashback and other promotions are subject to separate terms, which are stated on the relevant promotions page.

Betting Rules

i89 icd offers sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming services. Each betting category has its own rules, which are stated on the relevant page.

7.1 Sports Betting

Odds for sports betting are set using i89 icd's own method. If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake for that bet will be returned. After a match ends, winnings from successful bets will be credited to the account based on the result.

7.2 Casino Games

i89 icd offers games from several well-known game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Evolution. The RTP (Return to Player) and rules for each game are shown on the relevant game page.

7.3 Live Betting

During in-play betting on ongoing matches, odds change rapidly. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, i89 icd reserves the right to cancel that bet and the original stake will be returned.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated method to place bets.
• Intentionally betting on both sides (arbing/hedging) for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or software.
• Using or attempting to obtain another user's account credentials.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal transactions through the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

i89 icd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide documents requested for identity verification within a reasonable time.
• No activity on the account for an extended period.
• The user requests account closure themselves.
• In response to a responsible gaming or self-exclusion request.

Before an account is closed, where no breach of rules has occurred, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance.

Limitation of Liability

i89 icd is committed to providing the best possible service through its platform. However, i89 icd will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• If service is disrupted due to loss of internet connection or a problem with the user's device.
• If circumstances beyond our control — such as natural disasters or server attacks — affect the service.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a technical issue with a third party, such as a payment service provider.
• If loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or error.

i89 icd does not bear responsibility for any financial loss a user incurs from gaming. Gaming inherently carries financial risk and users must accept that risk knowingly.
